How to ADD Car Mods to GTA IV Complete Edition with FUSION OVERLOADER without replacing

In this video you'll learn how to install car mods without replacing other cars. (Add-on)
This method only works in 1.0.8.0 and EFLC (Steam, Rockstar Games Launcher) without downgrading, and it requires FusionFix to work.

NOTE: If you start adding cars, you need to change the Vehicle Budget in plugins/GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix.ini to 120000000 or 260000000.
