Two prisoners who were arrested for the alleged murder of Lostprophets paedo Ian Watkins have been charged.
Rashid Gedel, 25, and Samuel Dodsworth, 43, who are both serving time at HMP Wakefield, in West Yorkshire, appeared in court today.
Appearing expressionless in the dock at Leeds Magistrates' Court, they spoke only to confirm their name and date of birth.
The lags were remanded in custody and will appear before Leeds Crown Court tomorrow.
Disgraced singer Watkins - who narrowly survived previous assaults by inmates - died from blood loss after having his jugular slashed.
Police and medics raced to Wakefield Prison, West Yorkshire - dubbed ‘Monster Mansion’ - but he could not be saved.
