How to install GTA IV car mods without replacing

Note: If the readme file doesn't tell whether you should put carcols.dat lines under "car3" section or "car4" section, you can understand by looking into the data line. If there are 3 numbers in every part, you should put it under "car3" section. And as might have guessed, if there are 4 numbers in every part, you should put it under "car4" section. There is always one space after every part's last comma so you can easily notice. Here is an example:

progen, 131,1,132, 30,1,131, 127,1,132, 0,1,2, ...
↑ ↑ ↑ 3 numbers in every part, you should put this under "car3" section

sultanrs, 0,2,1,0, 0,0,1,0, 1,0,2,0, 5,0,1,5, 12,0,1,0, ...
↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ 4 numbers in every part, you should put this under "car4" section
