After making only 173 kg in the Snatch and sitting fourth after the first half, Karlos Nasar set a Clean & Jerk World Record of 222 kg and claimed gold at the 2025 IWF Worlds with a 395 kg total in Førde, Norway.

Karlos Nasar is now a 3× World Champion in three different weight classes (81 kg, 89 kg, 94 kg). Across his career, he holds multiple senior, junior, and youth world records, including:

89 kg: Snatch 183 kg, Clean & Jerk 224 kg, Total 405 kg

96 kg: Snatch 188 kg, Total 417 kg

81 kg: Clean & Jerk 208 kg, Total 374 kg

94 kg: Clean & Jerk 222 kg
