As Baltimore's harbor continues to glimmer green and give off a rotten egg smell, the Waterfront Partnership is sharing a report card on the harbor's health. It shows the waterways have improved over the past 15 years, but there's still a lot more work to be done. The report looks at the risks of swimming in the water and how healthy it is for aquatic life — it's their most comprehensive report yet.
