The man seen in a chokehold in a viral video from Federal Hill has filed a civil lawsuit. The altercation between the man and a security guard happened last month outside a bar. The security guard has been charged with assault. Cameron Barnes' attorneys say he suffered traumatic brain injuries and is being treated for medical and emotional trauma. A screenshot from the video shows Kevin Weaver, the security guard, after Barnes was asked to leave Cross Street Public House, according to charging documents. Now, Barnes is targeting Weaver, another security guard who was on duty that night, Cross Street Public House and Ace Event Security Group.
