The ARA Libertad has docked in the very green waters of Fells Point, offering a rare chance to get close to a tall ship and walk around on the deck. The ship belongs to the Argentinian Navy and is manned by instructors and cadets from Argentina's Naval Academy. Though the ship looks old-timey and vintage, it is being used to train a new wave of naval officers.
