I found this random compilation of clips from the English dub of the You're Under Arrest OVA on Tumblr, and I figured I'd show you guys it as a demonstration of the VO cadence in North Carolina. It's actually very much in line with the NYC VO scene and the NorCal VO scene. I'll be honest, it's some really good voice acting. Though, I wish more anime dubs are made in NC...
