Multiple non-fatal overdoses reported in Penn North

Multiple non-fatal overdoses were reported Wednesday in Baltimore, police said. City police said as many as 11 overdoses were reported around 12:08 p.m. in the area of West North and Pennsylvania avenues. Police said seven people were taken to hospitals and four people declined transport. The seven victims who were taken to hospitals range from 30-60 years old, police said. They include six men and one woman. All are expected to survive, police said.
