Security will soon be tighter at Baltimore County hookah and vapor lounges. It comes after the Baltimore County Council passed an ordinance Monday requiring that a minimum of two licensed security guards be on duty when the business is open. The number of security guards increases based on occupancy. Nearby business owners love the new law. They expressed concern about rowdy crowds and believe the additional security will make their stores feel safer.
