Baltimore County police on Monday announced the arrest of a man in connection with a shooting outside Lansdowne High School in March. A suspected shooter chased the teenage victim to a school and used two guns to kill him, police said in charging documents obtained by WBAL NewsRadio. Challah Haywood, 18, is charged with first-degree murder and remains held without bond, police said.
