Kilmar Ábrego García's case was back at the U.S. District Court in Greenbelt on Monday, though he was not in the courtroom. The hearing included a pair of motions and references to the government shutdown. It was also obvious that the federal judge presiding over the case was "frustrated." The feds asked for a pause on the entire case because of the government shutdown, while Ábrego García's team asked the court to force the government to turn over all evidence of deportation efforts.
