Parents may not know exactly what their children access online, which prompted a warning from the Baltimore FBI field office about a nihilist group called "764 Network." The network tricks, coerces and encourages children to engage in sex acts and harm themselves or animals, doing so through multiplayer video games and social media. As 11 News investigative reporter David Collins found out, the FBI is investigating more than 300 cases, including 12 right in Maryland.
