Playing GTA IV The Ballad of Gay Tony like it's 2010 on PS3 💥 Episodes from Liberty City Gameplay

The Ballad of Gay Tony was the last DLC for GTA IV. I was pretty surprised by how well it looks and how smooth it is compared to the GTA IV base game and The Lost and Damned.

I'm not sure what Rockstar learned here, but this DLC feels closer to GTA V than to GTA IV. The base GTA IV is especially blurry and doesn't feel smooth at all. What do you think of this DLC? Let me know in the comments.
