How to Make an Easy Chocolate Swiss Roll at Home [ASMR]
Recipe (for a 28×28cm / 11×11in pan):
• 10g cocoa powder
• 20g hot water
• 65g warm milk
• 5 eggs (about 85g yolks, 180g whites)
• 60g sugar
• 60g corn oil (or any neutral oil)
• 75g cake flour
Baking Tips:
• Preheat the oven.
• Bake with bottom heat 155°C (311°F) / top heat 165°C (329°F) for 20 minutes.
• Then switch to bottom heat 155°C (311°F) / top heat 170°C (338°F) for another 10 minutes.
• Every oven is different, so check your cake near the end.
