Ingredients

For the lamb filling:
-Carrots
-Onion
-Celery
-Garlic
-Peas (fresh or frozen)
-Ground lamb
-Salt
-Black pepper
-Tomato paste
-Bay leaf
-Rosemary
-Thyme
-Red wine
-Lamb or beef stock
-Worcestershire sauce
-AP Flour (optional to thicken)


For the potato topping:
-Russet or Maris Piper potatoes
-Butter
-Milk and/or cream
-Salt
-White pepper
-Egg yolk
-White Cheddar Cheese (freshly grated)
