Few things are more beautiful this time of year than fall foliage in Vermont. Mother Nature's palette of warm colors can be mesmerizing, but also maddening to some. Every year there are traffic backups in New England with cars cruising with passengers in search of a "wow" moment. Police in Woodstock, Vermont, have decided to close down a file-mile stretch of road to cut down on traffic chaos so that local residents can go about their lives.
