If your morning routine includes grabbing a cup of coffee, you may find fewer places to go from now on after half a dozen Starbucks locations closed in Baltimore on Sunday. One location that closed was along a busy North Charles Street, one of two unionized stores in the city. Union members returned to the store on Friday to protest as part of a nationwide labor action to protest the handling of mass closures and job cuts, and to push for a fair contract with better hours, pay and protections.
