This is the opening theme song for Dragon Ball GT. The song is Dan Dan Kokoro Hikarete 'ku by Field of View. This is the second animation, though the only change is in the last 10 to 15 seconds. Also, this video is in Dragon Box format, so frame by frame restoration.
