Colombian president Gustavo Petro calls on US soldiers to 'disobey' Trump

Speaking outside the UN general assembly in New York on Friday, Colombia's president, Gustavo Petro, called on nations of the world to contribute soldiers for an army 'larger than that of the United States'.
