Fort McHenry closed during government shutdown, sign says

Many national parks across the country are affected by the government shutdown, including Fort McHenry in Baltimore. Some parents hoped to use their kids' day off from school on Thursday for some free education but were instead met with a closed gate and a sign that read, "This Facility is Closed Due to the Federal Government Shutdown." The National Park Service said it is trying to keep the parks as accessible as possible during the shutdown, but some locations, like Fort McHenry, are closed.
