Three juveniles are facing charges after police said they targeted more than a dozen businesses in North Baltimore. Police said the teens, two of whom are repeat offenders, broke into several businesses in Hampden. Video shows three suspects bash in the front doors of Keller's Liquor Store before jumping over the counter and stealing liquor bottles and a cash register.
