A fundraiser will support efforts to help Baltimoreans returning from incarceration find steady, living-wage jobs. The nonprofit Living Classrooms Foundation is asking the community to support its workforce program, Project Service, Empowerment, Revitalization, Validation, Employment (Project SERVE). The Maritime Magic fundraiser takes place at 6 p.m. Friday at the Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park in Fells Point.
