Maryland Gov. Wes Moore delivered a Gubernatorial Address Wednesday night following the federal government shutdown. Moore blamed President Donald Trump while talking about the impacts the shutdown will have on Marylanders. He said Maryland relies on more than $370 million in federal support each week to run things like health care and food assistance programs.
