Monsoon storms dump rain across the Valley l FOX 10 Phoenix

Heavy storms rolled into the Phoenix area on Sept. 26, bringing rain, hail and flooding to parts of the Valley.

Power outages were reported in some areas, and the storms caused heavy delays, and even a temporary ground stop at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

The National Weather Service says a severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for parts of Arizona through Friday night.

The rest of southeastern Arizona is under a flood watch through Saturday evening.
