Officials at Baltimore-area universities are investigating threats received to their campuses. Towson University issued an emergency notification Tuesday morning, saying it's evacuating the University Union after receiving a bomb threat. Anyone inside the building should evacuate and clear the area. Morgan State University said it received an email threat that indicated a possible explosive device at the Richardson Library. Officials are evacuating the library and officers are inspecting each floor.
