The FBI is investigating 350 cases involving the 764 Network nationwide, including 12 in Maryland, according to the Baltimore Field Office of the FBI. The 764 Network tricks, coerces and otherwise encourages kids to engage in sex acts, harm animals, mutilate and even kill themselves through video games and social media. After the acts are posted online, 764 will sometimes host watch parties to view them.
