Authorities are investigating what sparked an early morning fire in West Baltimore. Firefighters were called around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday to Chelsea Terrace, where they found a three-story vacant building on fire. The response was enhanced to two alarms when a second building caught fire. The fire was contained just after 2:30 a.m., and no one was injured.
