6. Grate the apples into thin slices.
7. Add the baking powder to the dough and fold in the thinly sliced apples. Mix gently. 8. Place the apples in a baking dish, pour in the remaining batter, and sprinkle with almond flakes. 9. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for at least 1 hour.
Let the pie cool completely.
The pie is delicious both warm and cold, for example, the day after taking it out of the refrigerator.
Bon appétit!
Pumpkin with vegetables and turkey in a pot.
200-300 g turkey fillet
1/4 butternut squash
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic
a little chili pepper (to taste)
butter for frying
spices: a pinch of salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp dried leeks (or just green onions)
ground black pepper (to taste)
For the sauce: 1 tablespoon red pepper paste
water (halfway up the pot)
1. Fry the turkey breast pieces in butter. Then transfer them to a separate bowl.
2. In the same pan, sauté the onion and carrot until translucent.
3. Dice the pumpkin and potatoes.
4. Finely chop the garlic and slice the pepper into rings.
Combine all the vegetables with the meat, season with spices, thyme, and dried onion. Mix thoroughly to combine the flavors.
5. Transfer the vegetables and turkey to a baking dish.
6. Dilute the red pepper paste with water and pour it over the vegetables. Add water if necessary until the water reaches halfway up the pot. You can substitute tomato paste for the red pepper paste, but you'll need to add a little sugar for a balanced flavor.
7. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes.
Check the potatoes for doneness.
