1/4 cup (55g) Unsalted butter
2 Tbsp (30g) Heavy cream
120g or about 1 cup of plain cookies crushed into fine crumbs (without filling, any kind you like)
2 Tbsp (25g) Sugar
2 Tbsp (12g) Unsweetened cocoa powder

For the White Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup (150g) White chocolate
3 Tbsp (45g) Heavy cream
About 1/4 cup (45g) Colorful candy-coated chocolate pieces

For the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup (150g) Semi-sweet chocolate (40-50% cocoa solids)
1/2 cup (120g) Heavy cream
More candy-coated chocolate pieces, for topping
