Baltimore County police identified the suspect they believe killed a Lochearn man inside his home 44 years ago. Police said Friday that modern DNA analysis of old evidence led them to Alan Bass, the man they believe killed Samuel Allen. Bass, 75, is currently serving five life sentences in Delaware on an unrelated rape charge.
