Baltimore recorded its 100th homicide of the year on Thursday in Westport, hitting a grim mark despite a decline in overall homicides. The fatal stabbing happened at Sidney Avenue and Manokin Street just after 4:30 p.m. Police said the victim is an unidentified man.
