Two years after a woman was carjacked and thrown into Curtis Bay, police have identified their suspects. Police are hoping someone knows where Crystal Humphries, 35, of Halethorpe, and David Jiles, 39, of Baltimore, are. The two are wanted in connection with the April 2023 carjacking of a woman who was thrown into the trunk of her own car and then thrown off a bridge into Curtis Creek.
