In this Let's Play video, you will see me play the Campaign for Pompeii Legacy (Early Access Release). Pompeii Legacy is a Survival City Builder in Ancient Rome is set about 20 years after the devastating eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. In the game, you start at 1500 AD where you must rebuild Pompeii. Pompeii Legacy plays similar to "Roman Triumph", "Farthest Frontier", "Citadelum", "Anno 1800", "Anno 117: Pax Romana", "Republic of Pirates", "Settlements Rising", "Builders of Greece", "Thrive: Heavy Lies the Crown", and "Builders or Rome". The city building is grid based and plays almost like Roman Triumph, Anno 1800 and Settlements Rising. You build a settlement by gathering resources (wood and stone), Hunt and Forge for food. Eventually Fish and setup Wheat field to feed your people. Research the various new technologies to improve your settlement. The game has a fully voiced story campaign. This makes the game a bit more enjoyable. If you're into the Roman themed city builder, you might want to check out this game.
