Concern is mounting over the growing use of building rooftops by snipers. On Wednesday, a gunman perched on the roof in Dallas opened fire on an ICE van and killed a detainee, then himself. Two weeks ago, Charlie Kirk was slain by an assassin authorities say was positioned on a roof at a university in Utah. The sniper who targeted President Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania last year was also on a roof. Inside Edition spoke with a security expert.
