Ivan Bates hears concerns from residents during neighborhood walk

Bates walked with residents through all three neighborhoods Wednesday night. Residents near Gwynns Falls Parkway and North Hilton Street in Baltimore are urging city leaders to address issues with squeegeeing and panhandling. It comes amid a meeting between Baltimore City State's Attorney Ivan Bates and Gwynns Falls, Hanlon and Auchentroly Terrace residents on Wednesday to discuss their concerns and tour their communities.
