Ulead Cool 3D Production Studio was created by Ulead Systems, a Taiwanese computer software company that is a subsidiary of Alludo. The tagline for the program was "The Coolest Way to Hot 3D Graphics!" and it "allows designers of all levels to create high-impact, animated 3D titles and graphics for output as still images, GIF animation, broadcast-quality video or 3D Macromedia Flash" (source: 'Ulead Cool 3D 3.5 Features and Benefits' webpage on Corel website, page 1). Updated or re-released several times up to the early 2010s (e.g. Corel MotionStudio 3D, 2011), the program also offered 3D templates with two examples being depictions of Hollywood studio logos, one of which being based on the 20th Century Fox logo from the 1930s.
Many logos were created using the 'Fox' template on Ulead Cool 3D, some of which made it to the film industry and this is what this compilation will focus on. The "Logos using Ulead Cool 3D templates" category on the AVID Wiki was an invaluable source for this video, so credit to them as well as the captures that I encountered in YouTube playlists.
Home entertainment logos using Ulead Cool 3D are not included in this compilation, along with film logos that I found whose source is unknown (exception for the last two in the 2000s section).
