Maryland weather forecast: Rain, thunderstorms, lightning possible on Sept. 25

Periods of heavy rain, isolated lightning and thunderstorms are expected across the Baltimore region on Thursday. Meteorologist Ava Marie said it will be humid outside with temperatures in the mid-70s. The rain will break around midday before thunderstorms redevelop in the evening.
