25K dead fish in harbor, MDE says; Here's what caused it

The Maryland Department of the Environment estimates it found some 25,000 dead fish in Baltimore's harbor. MDE officials told 11 News that crews went to the harbor on Monday and observed dead menhaden from Canton to Locust Point. Blue Water Baltimore, a nonprofit that works to protect and restore the Baltimore harbor watershed, also sent investigators to the water.
