Marylanders could find this month's utility bill a little lighter. State leaders announced that rebates to help Marylanders with energy costs are imminent. Gov. Wes Moore and state legislative and community leaders visited the Randallstown Community Center on Monday to talk about energy rebates targeted at combating rising costs.
