Police across two counties released video in an attempt to identify an alleged burglar. Howard County police on Friday said someone burglarized two houses in Ellicott City, one in the 5200 block of Kerger Road on Wednesday and the other in the 3600 block of Blue Hill Court on Sept. 10. The woman has been caught stealing computers, cufflinks and a surveillance camera, video shows. One of the videos shows a barking dog, but the woman seems completely unbothered.
