State leaders announced on Monday a rebate to help Marylanders with energy costs. Gov. Wes Moore and state legislative and community leaders visited the Randallstown Community Center to announce an energy rebate that's targeted at combating rising energy costs. The governor said the relief comes as a result of the Next Generation Energy Act during Session 2025 that took effect on July 1.
