A backup plane arrives in England for President Donald Trump's trip to the London area. One of several that can become 'Air Force 1' if the initial aircraft breaks, or if the president needs evacuating. Another aircraft also brings support equipment.

The Boeing C-32A is one of several in the high profile 'United States of America' livery. It is operated by the 89th Airlift Wing at Joint Base Andrews for the Special Air Mission (SAM). The other aircraft is a C-17 Globemaster that flew in specialist equipment and vehicles to support the mission.
The President of the United States, and the First Lady, have been invited to stay at Windsor Castle with King Charles III and Queen Camilla on his second State Visit to the United Kingdom. He was last hosted by Queen Elizabeth II on his first State Visit in 2019. A large security entourage will accompany the president on his travels, utilizing multiple aircraft and motorcades.
