The United States Army arrive at RAF Northolt in London with six CH-47 Chinooks to support US President Donald Trump's visit to the United Kingdom next week.
The CH-47 Chinooks have come from the US Army based in Germany at Illesheim Army Airfield. They will provide helicopter transport to President Trump's staff, the White House Press Corps and United States Secret Service while he flies aboard 'Marine One'.
The President of the United States has been invited to stay at Windsor Castle with King Charles III and Queen Camilla on his second State Visit to the United Kingdom. He was last hosted by Queen Elizabeth II on his first State Visit in 2019. A large security entourage will accompany the president on his travels, utilizing multiple aircraft and motorcades.
