What appears to be all Disney Princesses, who are being kidnapped/abducted and flown to a Sorcerer's hidden palace and gardens by a Dragon who is a Witch, transformed by magic, but also a friend and accomplice to the Sorcerer, and he has instructed the Witch to convert any Princess who has denied the Sorcerer marriage, to be converted into lifeless golden statues. Mina, a Princess whose father, a King, is about to announce the engagement to a dude named Ronan, is the next Princess to be abducted by the Sorcerer and Witch, and is transported to the Sorcerer's palace garden where she is going to be confronted by the Sorcerer for marriage. The Witch illustrates what will happen to her if she refuses, and she sees all the other Princesses who've already been turned into gold statues, that are on pedestals in his garden and the Witch warns her to be compliant, or she should select a spot in the garden for HER statue. Movie Name: Rebellious. I added slo-mo to a few scenes for those interested to see a deeper analysis of the transformations/statues scenes.
