Edit:
A lot of people asked me if i will cover a body grabbing system or how to change cameras video tutorial.
Here comes a simple tutorial, since there is no need to make video for it :)
I use the GOG version of the game, but it should work in any 1.2 version.

First make sure you have Cheat Engine installed.
Cheat Engine is a free and open-source memory scanner/hex editor/debugger I use.
You can grab it at: https://cheatengine.org/

1. Download my Cheat Table: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hreIq80cYz1o7cjUo-d11Q4U3uG85hSq
2. In Cheat Engine, click "File - Open Process" or press "Monitor icon".
3. Choose "Mafia" / "Mafia ..zzZZ" process.
4. Click "File - Open File" or click "Open Folder" Icon.
5. Navigate to my Cheat Table and open it.
6. You should now have addresses added in the Address window. (under the "Memory View" button)
7. In case of "Body Grabbing" or "Dog Head Person - 100% Chance" just tick the squares under the "Active" label to turn them ON.
(For the best experience, tick them in Main Menu)
8. For Camera Change you need to specify the camera number under the "Value" label.
(For example GTA1 Car Camera value is 15). Each numer represents different camera. In some cases, camera needs to be changed with "Change Camera" button in game to reflect the changes.

*CAUTION! The camera values are saved in save files! it may harm your savegames!*
