We're All Gonna Die comes out the same day as the freddiew video Real Life Portal Gun did, fifteen years later. That video was the second of a batch batch of varied short video experiments that Brandon and I cooked up to try and build an audience as we dedicated ourselves full time to YouTube. In short, they were: a reaction video, a visual effects video game comedy video (a format which would go on to yield dividends for us), a visual effects music video (of which we have MysteryGuitarMan to thank), a clickbait-y gamer take (today, an entire flourishing genre), and a spoof/parody (a format that has long been waning).

I realize that I have been lucky enough for fifteen years to continue doing creative experiments in the world of film. I hope to keep going for another 15 more.
