Cookies with raisin and walnuts/ Üzümlü cevizli kurabiye

Bakery-Style Raisin Cookies 🍪✨
Ingredients:

200 g butter or margarine (at room temperature)
1 tea glass (100 ml) granulated sugar
2 eggs (reserve the yolk of one for topping)
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tea glass (100 ml) finely chopped walnuts
1 cup (200 ml) raisins
1 packet vanilla powder (5 g)
1 packet baking powder (10 g)
3–3.5 cups (360–420 g) flour
Instructions:
Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs (reserve one yolk), and lemon zest.
Gradually add the flour, then mix in the vanilla and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Add the walnuts and raisins, knead again.
Take portions of the dough, roll them into logs, slightly flatten, and cut into slices about two fingers thick.
Place on a baking tray, brush with the reserved egg yolk, and score with a fork.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15–20 minutes, until golden on top.
