Cabinet minister denies 'loophole' in UK-France migrant returns deal

Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy is asked about claims that a new migrant returns deal with France contains a number of loopholes, including possible exemptions for those with outstanding human rights claims.

But she says this is "not the case at all".
