In a peculiar moment of self-appraisal, President William Ruto has today described himself as the best president Kenya has ever had. Stating that he has topped his predecessors as the only PhD holder to occupy the state house, President Ruto touted himself as a combination of the good qualities of the last four presidents. President Ruto spoke as he received a delegation of leaders from Tharaka Nithi County at the State House in Nairobi.
